A well-established IT company specializing in Technology Solutions & Digital Transformation to businesses
Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, from understanding requirements and sourcing to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, referrals, and Boolean search, including passive candidates for difficult technical roles.
- Recruit across Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, DevOps, ERP, Applications, Software Development, and other IT functions.
- Manage recruitment targets and candidate pipelines, coordinate with clients and account managers, and support junior recruiters with technical sourcing and screening.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field with 5–8 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
- Open to Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Teluu, Bengali, Marathi speakers with strong understanding of technical job profiles and ability to understand and screen candidates across IT technologies.
- Excellent sourcing, Boolean search, candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred, with experience in technology companies.
