Role Description The Sr. Talent Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position is responsible for designing and implementing talent management programs that support organizational goals and employee growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing employee engagement initiatives, overseeing training and development plans, managing performance review processes, and supporting succession planning strategies. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to identify critical roles and talent pipelines, analyzing talent data to inform decisions, and ensuring HR policies and practices are applied consistently. The Sr. Talent Management Specialist works closely with managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and internal mobility.
