Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Government Affairs Strategy and Operations serves as the operational lead for the CEMEA Government Affairs Hub Team and is responsible for strengthening the planning, governance, execution, financial management, capability building, and operational discipline of the function.
The CEMEA Government Affairs Hub Team is built around three pillars: Government Strategy and Policy, International Organizations and International Affairs, and Operations. While this role serves as the operational lead for the Operations pillar, it works across all areas of the function, providing the structure, governance, planning, reporting, budget management, intelligence coordination, training, and stakeholder engagement that enable Government Affairs priorities to be delivered effectively across the region.
Working closely with Government Affairs leadership and partners across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, HR, Communications, Product, and business teams, this role acts as the operational backbone of the Government Affairs team, ensuring strong execution, effective resource management, operational excellence, and alignment across regional priorities.
