Birch Agency is currently seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive, student-centered school team in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area. This in-person opportunity allows clinicians to work with students from Early Intervention through 12th grade, supporting the development of essential communication skills that promote academic achievement and social success.

Position OverviewThe School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders. The SLP works closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans in accordance with state and school guidelines.
