We are seeking a skilled Specialist Family Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across different age groups, with a strong focus on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all age groups.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Conduct routine health assessments and preventive care.
- Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, and common infections.
- Provide health screening, lifestyle counselling, and patient education.
- Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialist departments.
- Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and optimize their ongoing management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
RequirementsQualifications & Requirements
- * MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- MD/DNB/MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
- Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
- Strong clinical experience in primary and family healthcare.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with patients and families
