About The Role & TeamAs a Solution Engineer, you will drive the design and positioning of SITA Airports solutions across the MEA region, supporting customers in their digital transformation and operational excellence journeys. You will be accountable for shaping innovative, scalable, and resilient airport technology solutions that address complex operational needs and enhance passenger experience.
Reporting to the Solution Engineering Director, you will be a part of the SITA Airports Solutions team, responsible for delivering end-to-end airport technology solutions spanning Passenger Processing, Biometrics & Digital Identity, Baggage Management, Airport Operations, and Smart Airport initiatives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to support pre-sales activities, develop compelling solution proposals, and ensure alignment with industry standards and SITA’s architectural principles while addressing the evolving needs of airports across the region.
