Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Develop plans, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
- Budget & Resources: Own budget planning, resource allocation, cost control, and financial tracking.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align engineering, design, operations, and sales teams to drive results.
- Data-Driven Operations: Analyze project metrics to identify risks early and optimize workflows.
- Stakeholder Management: Balance internal/external client interests and maintain strong business relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years in software environments with 4+ years in Project Management.
Required Skills
- Technical Skill: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (or another major language) to communicate effectively with developers.
- Budget Control: Proven experience allocating and tracking project budgets.
- Methodology: Strong background in Agile/Scrum delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Domain Fit (Bonus): Background in SaaS, telecom, banking, or system integration.
- Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
