We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Software Engineering Director to lead the software engineering department and oversee the development, delivery, and maintenance of software products and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining engineering strategies, managing technical teams, improving development processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- * Lead and manage the software engineering department, including software development, system architecture, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with the company's business goals and technology roadmap.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and platforms.

Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
