About WEEL
WEEL helps UAE businesses cut staff transport costs by over 40% through pooled rides and optimized routing for field teams. We coordinate hundreds of field workers and around 2,100 rides every week, replacing ad-hoc taxis with smart, efficient routes. We're a fast-growing, Dubai-based team with members across the Middle East.
The role
Work with our engineering team on the platform behind WEEL's routing and scheduling. You won't be fixing typos in a backlog. You'll build real features, see them go live, and watch them run in the real world.

Build and improve features on our web platform
Work on routing and scheduling logic
Improve internal tools used by our operations team
Fix bugs and help keep the platform fast and reliable
Bring ideas for making our product smarter
