We are looking for a motivated Software Developer with around 1 year of professional experience to join our team in Kuwait. The candidate will support the development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Assist in developing new features and enhancing existing applications.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support.
- Work with databases and perform basic SQL queries.
- Participate in application testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Collaborate with senior developers and other technical team members.
- Prepare technical documentation when required.
- Follow coding standards, development guidelines, and security best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Around 1 year of hands-on software development experience.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of OOP concepts, APIs, and software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with Git/version control is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with .NET / C#, web application development, or REST APIs.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or any modern frontend framework.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
