Social Media Executive – English & Arabic

About the Role
REDNOX is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Social Media Executive to assist in the day-to-day execution of organic social media tasks across our client accounts.
This is an entry-to-junior execution role for someone with at least 2 years of full time work experience. Your primary focus will be supporting senior team members by formatting posts, drafting initial caption options in English and Arabic, scheduling content, and doing market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft initial caption ideas, simple hooks, and calls-to-action (CTAs) in English and Arabic for review and refinement by senior strategists.
- Perform market research on industry trends, competitor posts, trending audios, viral video formats, and GCC cultural conversations to gather creative inspiration and raw content ideas.
- Assist in assembling basic carousels, updating stories, or resizing visual assets using tools like Canva and editing apps (e.g., CapCut).
- Keep content sheets updated, organize drive folders, and collect monthly analytics like likes, reach, and engagement for reporting decks.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of full time experience in content research, copywriting support, or digital marketing (agency background is a plus).
- Proficient in written English and Arabic, with the ability to write clear, grammatically correct captions and short-form copy.
- Strong research ability with a keen eye for what's trending across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Basic design/editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar mobile content creation tools.
- High attention to detail when formatting text, checking links, and following posting schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to hit daily execution deadlines in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills
- Basic familiarity with AI writing tools (Claude, Perplexity, Grok, ChatGPT) to speed up initial draft generation.
- Exposure to GCC/UAE consumer brands or trends.
