The Responsibilities Of The Customer Quality Engineer Are
- He/she is the first contact for the customer.
- Inform the auditors on the professional and methodological aspects.
- He/she is in daily contact with the customer.
- Being responsible for transferring customer requirements to internal processes.
- He/she is in daily contact with resident engineers.
- Solve complaints, control the 8D process, action plans, and monitor their performance. Use quality tools and VPRS.
- Cooperate with exchange auditors on creation and approval of visual samples.
- Monitor the development and quality results and assure that the quality of the products follows to the customer's requirements.
- In case of non-compliance which can endanger customer satisfaction, he/she has the right / obligation to stop production.
- He/she is part of the change management team.
- Methodically control functional verification of parts and products and evaluate their capability.
- Collaborate with the launch engineers when introducing new projects into production.
- Plan and organize product audit (annual examinations). In case of unsatisfactory results, require an action plan.
- Propose measures for continual improvement in quality.
- In case of the introduction of a new product into production, he/she cooperates with the PD quality engineer and participates on verification of tools, evaluation of manufactured parts and giving feedback to the tool room and to the project.
- Process visual aids for parts and assemblies, he/she is responsible for training the shift auditors.
- Responsible for the quality of the launched product in production.
- Responsible for support processing PPAPS when introducing new projects into production.

Information Criticality & Confidentiality: This role is associated with Information Criticality Level 2 and requires strict adherence to confidentiality obligations, in line with the sensitivity of the information handled.
Education Requirement(s)
- * Master’s degree in quality
Experience Requirement(s)
- * Minimum Experience customer face 4 years with OEM

- Core Tools (PFMEA, APQP-Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
- Some travel maybe required; overtime expected including several evening meetings with global teams.
- Flexible working hours.
- Perform LPA audits according to the level and the planning defined by quality systems.
- Conduct the LPA audit according to the standard checklist
- Maintain metrics and targets of LPAs.
- Identify non-conformances and areas of improvement and Escalate major NC’s or lack of support.
- Must respect environment, health and safety rules, following ISO45001 & ISO14001 standards.
- Must respect the 5S requirements.
- Must respect ethics and integrity policy.
- Must wear required (PPE) Personal protective equipment on his position.
