Your tasks
- * Recruitment, leadership and development of your team members, including regular individual training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge and process know-how
- Initiation and implementation of measures to increase sales while ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience
- Responsibility for the promotional and appealing presentation of merchandise in compliance with merchandising standards
- Ensuring smooth operations related to inventory management and shop presentation, as well as careful handling of goods and execution of the annual inventory
- Organization and execution of administrative tasks, such as task delegation within the team, cash management, processing work orders and timely submission of reports
- Ensuring safety and compliance standards, including theft prevention and adherence to applicable labor laws regarding working hours
- Coordination of maintenance tasks and ensuring a functional and attractive work environment in collaboration with the Regional Manager
Our Requirements
- * Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales
- Several years of work experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports equipment, or accessories
- Extensive experience in leading and developing teams
- Trainer certification is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Very good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, both written and spoken, required
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and a high level of communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- High degree of self-responsibility and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliability
- Interest in our core sports and current scene trends
