Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, customization, administration, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with proven experience developing scalable solutions, customizing SharePoint applications, and integrating enterprise systems.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions that support business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions across SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments.
- Develop custom SharePoint components, including web parts, application pages, site templates, workflows, and event-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain modern SharePoint applications using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, CSOM, and other relevant technologies.
- Support SharePoint administration, configuration, permissions management, and security implementation.
- Participate in SharePoint migration projects, including content migration, configuration, and validation using appropriate migration tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure the reliability and maintainability of SharePoint solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Follow development best practices, coding standards, documentation requirements, and security guidelines.
- Support data integration and connectivity with SQL Server and other enterprise data sources.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET, and .NET Framework.
- Hands-on experience with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and modern SharePoint development practices.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, CSOM, and JSOM.
- Experience developing custom web parts, application pages, site templates, workflows, event receivers, and timer jobs, where supported by the target SharePoint environment.
- Experience using SharePoint migration tools and supporting migration activities.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint security models, permissions, user groups, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with enterprise applications, external systems, and third-party platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data integration concepts.
