Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer – HVAC (After Sales) to join our After Sales team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, warranty handling, and customer support, ensuring SKM systems consistently perform at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
üîπ Handle warranty and service complaints, ensuring resolution within set KPIs.
üîπ Troubleshoot HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, DX systems, package units).
üîπ Conduct root cause analysis of failures and prepare service reports.
üîπ Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.
üîπ Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
üîπ Provide technical feedback to engineering and quality teams.
üîπ Assist in customer training and prepare technical documentation.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or 5–7 years HVAC service experience).
✅ 5+ years’ experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems.
‚úÖ GCC experience preferred (HVAC service, MEP, or FM).
‚úÖ Strong troubleshooting, technical, and customer service skills.
‚úÖ Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
‚úÖ Knowledge of mechanical/electrical controls (analog & microprocessor-based).
