Job Purpose:Managing workshop operations, supervising technicians, ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs, and achieving workshop productivity and efficiency targets while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Lead and supervise workshop technicians to maximize productivity.
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Ensure the correct identification and installation of spare parts.
- Monitor repair quality before vehicle delivery.
- Track daily workshop KPIs, efficiency, and carry-over.Plan and allocate workshop jobs based on technician capabilities and workload.
- Follow up on delayed and repeat repairs and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and repair procedures.
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Training, and Warranty teams.
- Maintain safety, discipline, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- * Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- +3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
- Experience in workshop operations and technician performance management.
- Leadership ability with experience managing technical teams.
