Role Description All positions are full-time and on-site at our office in Beirut, Lebanon. Depending on the role, responsibilities include:
- Advising clients on travel options and planning complete itineraries
- Booking flights, hotels and holiday packages
- Answering inquiries with accurate information on destinations, fares, schedules and travel requirements
- Processing reservations, ticketing, reissues and refunds on GDS
- Supporting clients with visas and travel documents
- Resolving issues before and during trips to keep the customer experience high
- Managing corporate accounts and coordinating daily operations (for the corporate and operations roles)
- Working closely with other departments and helping improve our processes and service standards
Senior Corporate & Ticketing Consultant
- Manage corporate accounts and handle all their travel needs
- Issue, reissue and refund airline tickets on GDS
- Find the best fares and routes within each company's travel policy
- Negotiate corporate fares and deals with airlines and hotels
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients
Senior Travel Consultant
- Advise clients on destinations, packages and travel options
- Prepare itineraries, quotations and full travel arrangements
- Book flights, hotels, transfers and holiday packages
- Assist clients with visas and travel documents
- Meet sales targets and build repeat business
Senior Ticketing Consultant
- Handle airline reservations, fare calculation and ticket issuance on GDS
- Process reissues, refunds, exchanges and EMDs
- Find the best available fares and routes for clients
- Follow up with airlines on schedule changes and special requests
- Ensure accuracy and full IATA/BSP compliance
Operations Executive
- Coordinate daily operations between the sales, ticketing and accounts teams
- Follow up on bookings, confirmations and supplier payments
- Manage supplier relations with airlines, hotels and ground handlers
- Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues
- Prepare operational reports and support process improvements
Skills
- At least 4-7 years in a travel agency, ideally one that is IATA-accredited.
- Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport), including airline ticketing and reservations, plus a good understanding of destinations and travel products.
- A proven record of selling travel products, negotiating with suppliers and clients, and meeting targets.
- Up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.
- Customer-focused, organized and professional.
- Able to work on-site at our office in Beirut.
