You will partner closely with leadership and managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines across Technology, Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced organization. * Experience working in a technology, mobile app, digital, e-commerce, marketplace,or startup environment* is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment practices. * Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels. * Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
