Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior TA & Operations (Realestate) role based in Cairo. The role involves leading end-to-end talent acquisition activities for real estate functions, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. The Senior TA & Operations specialist will manage relationships with hiring managers, ensure alignment with business needs, and maintain accurate recruitment and operations reports. Daily responsibilities include monitoring staffing levels, supporting onboarding, optimizing hiring processes, and collaborating with HR and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role also includes continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, participation in employer branding initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Education-related skills such as Assistant Teaching and Education, demonstrating the ability to guide, train, and support team members
- Mathematics skills for workforce planning, data analysis, and recruitment metrics tracking
- Experience working with children or youth, indicating patience, empathy, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and operations, preferably within real estate or related industries
- Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices in Egypt
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
