Role Description The Senior Talent Management (Real Estate) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. This role is responsible for designing and executing talent management strategies tailored to real estate functions, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance frameworks for key positions. The individual will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, oversee training and development programs, and partner with business leaders to identify high-potential talent and critical roles. Daily activities include analyzing talent data, recommending interventions to improve performance and retention, and ensuring alignment between talent strategies and organizational objectives. The role also collaborates closely with HR, recruitment, and business stakeholders to support career development, leadership readiness, and a consistent, high-performing culture across the real estate portfolio.
Qualifications
- * Strong Talent Management and Succession Planning skills, with experience designing and implementing strategies for critical roles in real estate or related industries.
- Expertise in Performance Management, including setting frameworks, managing evaluation cycles, and using performance data to drive development and organizational decisions.
- Proven capability in Employee Engagement, with a track record of implementing initiatives that improve satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.
- Experience in Training & Development, including needs assessment, program design, facilitation coordination, and measuring impact on performance.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development; experience in the real estate sector is highly beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced HR or talent certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo and manage multiple projects with attention to detail, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
