Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Development (.NET Core and AI) is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo. This role oversees end-to-end application development activities, including designing, building, and maintaining .NET Core applications and integrating AI-driven features to enhance business processes and customer experience. The Senior Supervisor leads a development team, coordinates with IT and business stakeholders, assigns tasks, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing code, optimizing database interactions, troubleshooting complex issues, and enforcing best practices in software architecture, security, and performance. The role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to technology roadmaps, and supporting continuous improvement of development workflows and tools.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including experience with .NET Core, AI integration, and modern application architectures.
* Candidates should possess IT Management skills, such as team leadership, resource planning, and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including requirements analysis, sprint planning, risk management, and progress tracking.
* Candidates should possess Databases skills, including design, optimization, and maintenance of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
* Candidates should possess Programming skills, with proficiency in C# and familiarity with related frameworks, APIs, and integration tools.
* Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
