-Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks and scripts for banking applications.
-Develop and execute automated functional, regression, integration, performance, and data-driven tests to improve software quality and coverage.
-Optimize automation frameworks and test scripts for performance, stability, and maintainability across multiple environments.
-Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps teams to support continuous testing and deployment.
-Identify, track, and resolve defects while working closely with developers and business analysts to enhance software reliability.
-Ensure automation solutions comply with banking security, regulatory, and risk management standards.
-Mentor automation engineers, drive process improvements, and evaluate emerging automation tools and technologies.
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in software automation testing.
Strong experience in developing custom automation frameworks using Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or Cypress.
Expertise in writing scalable test scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in API testing tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) approaches.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize test automation for efficiency and performance.
