Role Description
The Senior Software Engineering Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the end-to-end technical vision and execution of Nesba’s financial management and multi-broker investing platform, leading the engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, bank-grade, and secure software systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting open-API integrations with brokerage partners, building behavioral tracking and financial health calculation engines, leading architecture and code reviews, and ensuring rigorous data protection standards. The Senior Software Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and compliance to ship seamless spending, gamified learning, and multi-account investment features aligned with Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) requirements.
