THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Quality with 4–7 years of experience in test automation, QA strategy, and quality engineering for enterprise platforms.
You’ll lead efforts to define, implement, and optimize QA frameworks for XenonStack’s Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Cloud-native platforms — ensuring products meet the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, security, and compliance.
This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about test automation, quality at scale, and building robust AI-driven products for global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities* Test Strategy & Planning + Define and implement end-to-end QA strategies for enterprise-grade AI systems. + Identify test requirements, critical areas, and automation opportunities.
Automate functional, regression, integration, and API tests across platforms.
Quality Engineering
Monitor production environments for bugs, anomalies, and quality regressions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with security engineers to test for compliance, resilience, and robustness.
Continuous Improvement
Drive a culture of shift-left testing and embed QA early in the SDLC.
