Mint AI is a sovereign, Arabic-first applied-intelligence firm headquartered in Doha. We build AI that is Arabic-native by design and deploy it for government and enterprise across Qatar, GCC and the wider Middle East.

The role
Our AI systems run inside institutions that can't afford downtime, data leaks or unpredictable outputs. You'll build the operational backbone that makes Mint AI deployments reliable, observable and compliant. Your scope runs from the first pilot to production scale. As a founding engineer, you'll set the standards the rest of the team builds on.
