Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain business and technical service maps.
Identify application, infrastructure, and service dependencies.
Configure service mapping and CI relationships.
Validate mapping accuracy and resolve dependency gaps.
Support CMDB governance and service management processes.
Required Skills:
ServiceNow Service Mapping, CMDB, Dependency Mapping, Configuration Management, ITIL, Application/Infrastructure Architecture.
