Position Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Experience Required: 3+ years SAP FICO + 5+ years Financial Accounting

Reports To: ERP Manager / SAP Functional Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with hands‑on experience in SAP ERP
and S/4HANA implementations, configuration, and post‑go‑live support. The ideal
candidate will have a strong financial background and the ability to translate business
requirements into effective SAP solutions across core FI and CO modules. The role involves
full project lifecycle participation, cross‑module integration, financial reporting, and
continuous system enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
SAP FICO Implementation & Support
● Participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementation projects using the SAP Activate
Methodology.
● Configure and support FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts
Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank
Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
● Ensure seamless integration of FI with PP, PM, MM, and SD modules.
● Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to validate system functionality.
● Provide post‑go‑live support and troubleshoot system issues.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
● Design, maintain, and enhance FICO reports to support business decision‑making.
● Utilize SAP Fiori applications and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards for
financial analysis.
● Support period‑end closing activities, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
Business Engagement & Training
● Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP
solutions.
● Deliver end‑user training and prepare documentation to improve system adoption.
● Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and process
efficiency.
Operational Excellence
● Support continuous improvement initiatives within financial processes.
● Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
● Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional Experience
● Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting roles.
Technical Skills
● SAP FICO configuration (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
● SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
● FI integration with PP, PM, MM, SD.
● Oracle ERP Financials (added advantage).
● Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Certifications
