About Idaratech
Idaratech is a Saudi SaaS company building cloud ERP systems for Saudi businesses, including HR, Accounts, CRM, Project Management and Supply Chain.
Our HR system alone serves more than 800 businesses and manages over 50,000 employees every day. It integrates with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and Qoyod, keeps all customer data hosted inside Saudi Arabia, and is accredited by the Digital Government Authority (DGA).
Role summary
This is an outbound hunting role: you will find, open and close new B2B accounts yourself, and you will also convert the qualified inbound leads handed over by the SDR team.
You will research target companies, reach decision-makers by phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person visits, and turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities. You will then run discovery, product demos, proposals and negotiation through to signed contract.
This role suits a proven B2B seller with one to three years of experience. You will run your own deals end to end and escalate only exceptions, work mid-market and larger accounts with multiple stakeholders and longer cycles, and sell the full Idaratech suite, including multi-system bundles.
Key responsibilities
Outbound prospecting
- Hunt for new B2B leads through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events and field visits.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists by industry, company size and region.
- Identify and reach decision-makers such as HR managers, finance managers, operations heads, CEOs and owners.
- Hit daily and weekly activity targets for calls, meetings booked and new opportunities created.
Inbound leads from the SDR team
- Take over qualified inbound leads handed to you by the SDR team and follow up within the agreed response time.
- Review the SDR's qualification notes before the first contact, then run discovery and move the lead to demo.
- Give the SDR team clear feedback on lead quality and outcomes so qualification keeps improving.
- Manage SDR-sourced and self-sourced opportunities in one pipeline with equal discipline.
Opportunity management and closing
- Qualify prospects on need, budget, authority and timeline before advancing them.
- Run discovery meetings to understand the client's processes, pain points and current systems.
- Deliver product demos across the full Idaratech suite, in person and online, with pre-sales support when needed.
- Build tailored commercial proposals and multi-system bundles, and negotiate within approved discount limits.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals to signed contract and first payment.
- Hand closed accounts over smoothly to the Customer Success and implementation teams.
Pipeline, CRM and reporting
- Log every activity, contact and deal stage accurately in the CRM on the same day.
- Keep an up-to-date pipeline and a reliable monthly forecast.
- Report weekly to the Sales Team Lead on activity, pipeline movement, wins, losses and blockers.
- Attend team meetings, coaching sessions and deal reviews led by the Sales Team Lead.
Market and product knowledge
- Master Idaratech's products, pricing and the Saudi regulatory context they serve, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem.
- Track competitor offerings and share market feedback with the sales, marketing and product teams.
Team contribution
- Mentor junior Sales Executives on prospecting, demos and closing.
- Support the Sales Team Lead in deal reviews and share what works across the team.
- Act as a role model for activity discipline and CRM quality.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through outbound prospecting.
