Prime Group, the official distributor for globally recognized brands such as GEWISS, Shell, Chint, and Etisalat, is expanding its Electrical Sector and looking for driven and high-performing talent to fill the following roles:
Senior Sales Engineer (3 - 5 Years Experience)
Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Sector: Electrical Sector - Project Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new project opportunities, clients, and markets to drive business growth.
Vendor Approval: Submit official company pre-qualifications, catalogs, and samples to register GEWISS on prospective clients' vendor lists.
Technical & Commercial Proposals: Prepare accurate project quotations, technical submittals, and support clients with technical inquiries.
Client Relationship Management: Conduct client visits, follow up on pending projects, and address customer requirements to ensure high satisfaction.
Deal Closure & Target Achievement: Participate in key negotiations to close deals and contribute directly to achieving annual sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Provide management with accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
For Senior Role: Lead key accounts, manage major project tenders, negotiate high-value contracts, and mentor junior team members.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven sales experience in the electrical/low-voltage market with a strong client network (consultants, contractors, and developers).
Skills: Advanced negotiation skills, strategic pipeline management, and key account management capabilities.
Languages: Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Personal Traits: Target-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and presentable.
Car ownership is preferred.
