About the Role
A leading healthcare company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior RCM Specialist to support and optimize the full revenue cycle across a multidisciplinary outpatient medical facility.
The role focuses on accurate billing, claims processing, insurance coordination, payer compliance, denial management, and improving overall revenue cycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end RCM operations: registration, coding, billing, claims, collections & reporting.
- Ensure compliance with CCHI, NHIC/Nafis, and payer requirements.
- Manage insurance relationships and pre-authorization processes.
- Oversee coding accuracy using ICD-10 and CPT.
- Reduce claim denials, improve clean-claim rates, and optimize AR days.
- Prepare RCM performance reports and provide insights to management.
- Support and guide billing, claims, insurance, and approvals teams.
- Coordinate RCM activities across imaging, laboratory, radiotherapy, and clinic services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of RCM experience within healthcare facilities in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong hands-on experience with Saudi insurance companies.
- Strong knowledge of CCHI, NHIC/Nafis requirements and medical coding standards.
- Experience with HIS, RIS, or LIS systems.
- Outpatient healthcare experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
