We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Marketing division in Dubai.
In this role, you'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team where curiosity, ownership and a growth mindset are encouraged. You'll work closely with clients and candidates, using market insights, talent mapping and strong relationship-building skills to deliver the best possible recruitment outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Sourcing, engaging and assessing talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, GulfTalent and internal systems
- Building strong candidate pipelines and presenting quality shortlists
- Conducting market mapping and sharing useful insights with clients
- Representing clients professionally in the market
- Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful completion
- Developing new client relationships and contributing to business growth
- Working collaboratively with the wider team and sharing market knowledge
What we're looking for:
- Previous recruitment agency experience, ideally within Marketing sector across the UAE/Gulf region
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in building long-term partnerships
