Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Obour. The role involves advising prospective buyers and tenants on suitable properties, presenting Murtaqa’s portfolio and projects, and conducting property viewings. The consultant will handle inquiries, qualify leads, prepare proposals, and guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, including negotiation and closing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project features, pricing, and payment plans, as well as updating CRM systems and reports. The role also requires collaboration with marketing and management teams to align client feedback with sales strategies and ensure a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to present properties clearly, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven customer service abilities, including responsiveness, follow-up, and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions.
- Solid knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in Cairo and surrounding areas, and familiarity with commercial developments.
- Relevant experience in property consulting, brokerage, or real estate sales; prior experience in senior or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to manage client information and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Obour city, manage multiple clients and tasks, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is highly beneficial.
