Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sherouk. This role includes advising clients on suitable residential, commercial, and administrative properties, conducting property viewings, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The Senior Property Consultant will handle negotiations, prepare and review documentation, and ensure a smooth closing process. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining strong client relationships, following up on leads, updating property listings, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with experience advising clients on property investments and transactions.
* Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide professional support throughout the buying or renting process.
* Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a competitive market.
* Candidates should ideally have knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends, and property valuation methods.
* Candidates should have solid negotiation, presentation, and time-management skills, and be comfortable working toward sales targets.
* A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a senior or mid-level real estate consulting role.
