A Main Contractor is seeking experienced professionals to join its site-based project team in Riyadh.
PROJECT MANAGER
Minimum 15 years’ experience delivering major construction projects with Main Contractors.
Strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and coordination with Client & Consultant.
Proven management of schedule, cost, quality, HSE, subcontractors and overall project performance.
Strong experience in projects where BIM is a core delivery requirement, with the ability to lead Technical Office & BIM teams covering BIM Models, Coordination, Clash Detection, Shop Drawings, RFIs & As-Built deliverables.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Strong Main Contractor experience in managing major construction works.
Proven leadership of site teams and subcontractors and effective coordination with Client & Consultant.
Strong control of schedule, productivity, quality, HSE and site progress.
Excellent coordination across Civil, Architectural & MEP works.
Strong English communicationj
Previous Main Contractor experience is required; consultancy-only experience is not sufficient.
Strong preference will be given to candidates previously experienced/approved on ROSHN projects within a Main Contractor team.
