Senior Project Manager – Fit-Out

UCC Holding is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager – Fit-Out to lead the delivery of high-end luxury hotel projects. The role requires a strong project leader with proven experience managing complex hospitality fit-out packages for major, high-profile developments.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong Tier-1 Main Contractor background, exceptional delivery capabilities, and a track record of achieving the highest standards of quality, program, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of luxury hotel fit-out works, from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Manage project scope, program, cost, quality, HSE, resources, and commercial performance.
- Coordinate architectural, interior design, MEP, FF&E, joinery, specialist finishes, and other hospitality packages.
- Lead consultants, subcontractors, specialist contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Drive project planning, progress monitoring, critical-path management, and recovery strategies.
- Ensure exceptional workmanship and finishes in line with approved designs, specifications, and international luxury hospitality standards.
- Manage technical, commercial, contractual, and construction-related issues with timely resolution.
- Lead stakeholder coordination with the client, consultant, hotel operator, designers, and project management teams.
- Drive testing, commissioning, snagging, operational readiness, and final handover.
Requirements
- 18+ years of relevant project experience, with significant exposure to luxury hospitality fit-out.
- Proven experience with a Tier-1 Main Contractor on major hotel, resort, or high-end hospitality projects.
- Strong track record delivering 5-star / ultra-luxury hotel projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of high-end architectural finishes, interiors, MEP coordination, joinery, FF&E, and specialist works.
- Demonstrated leadership of large multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.
- Strong commercial, contractual, planning, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- GCC / Middle East experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Profile
Candidates currently or previously working with Tier-1 international or regional contractors on major luxury hospitality developments will be strongly preferred.
Experience with internationally branded 5-star hotels, resorts, and mega hospitality developments is highly desirable.
