We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex and high-value projects. The role is responsible for overall project performance, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resources, contracts, and stakeholder management, The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic leadership to project teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved objectives, contractual requirements, and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of IT project
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
- Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, commissioning, handover, and closeout.
- Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Provide overall direction and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance requirements.
- Establish project governance, reporting structures, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor overall project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, MIS, or any related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- PMP certificate
