Requirements
-Master of Science in Engineering, Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or munanswerable experience.
-Experience in leading technical teams, technical deliveries or development projects.
-At least 9 years of experience in similar roles.
-Experience of coordinating work in complex, interdisciplinary development projects.
-Good communication skills and experience in dealing with different stakeholders.
-Ability to plan, prioritize and follow up technical activities.
-Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
Qualifications
-Experience in cybersecurity, IT architecture, systems engineering or software development.
-Experience from defence, aviation, naval or other security-critical activities.
-Knowledge of the development and integration of secure IT systems.
-Experience of working with complex system-of-systems environments.
-Experience of working with classified information.
