About the Job
Polaris Parks is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Project Management team. This key individual will support the delivery of our residential and industrial projects - from tendering and pre-construction through execution and handover - ensuring alignment across consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management Team in managing residential and industrial projects from tendering and pre-construction through execution and handover.
- Participate in the tendering process, including review of tender documents, technical evaluations, clarifications, and bid comparisons.
- Review and follow up drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and material approvals.
- Monitor project progress against the approved Primavera P6 schedule and verify actual progress through regular site inspections.
- Support cost management activities, review variations and changes, and participate in value engineering exercises.
- Coordinate between consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments, and coordinate project closeout, snagging, and handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with 5–7 years of relevant experience in residential building projects.
- Previous experience within project management, developer, or consultancy environments is required.
- Good knowledge of the tendering process, BOQs, cost management, variations, and value engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- PMP or Value Engineering (VE) certification is a plus.
- Must reside in 6th of October City or nearby area.
