We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the Listing & Finding experience. You will define what discovering a home feels like: fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human.

Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.

* At least 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
Strong product thinking and problem framing skills.
Excellent interaction and visual design craft.
Experience in marketplaces, search or discovery products.
Experience running discovery and validating ideas.
Confidence working with data, metrics and experiments.
Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
A portfolio showing not only what you designed – but why.
