ASEC Automation is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for a major Industrial project with Leoni Project

üîπ Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in Planning Engineering, preferably in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in preparing and updating project schedules.
- Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience in progress monitoring, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
- Ability to prepare Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports.
- Experience in manpower and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of EOT, delays analysis, recovery schedules, and critical path analysis.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
üîπ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the project baseline schedule.
- Monitor actual progress against the approved schedule.
- Identify delays, critical activities, and potential risks.
- Prepare recovery and mitigation plans when required.
- Coordinate with construction, technical office, procurement, and other project teams.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.
