Role Description The Senior Pharmacist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. This role is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and safety standards. The Senior Pharmacist provides patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and lifestyle considerations, while also supervising junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, managing inventory and stock levels, and supporting implementation of company protocols and quality initiatives. The Senior Pharmacist collaborates with healthcare providers, contributes to training and development of the pharmacy team, and helps maintain a high standard of service and patient satisfaction.
