International Payroll Manager – Amsterdam
We are working with a large, multi-billion-dollar US organisation that is continuing to expand its European operations and is looking for an experienced payroll professional to join its Amsterdam team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking genuine ownership of payroll rather than simply managing it from a distance. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the US and external payroll partners, taking responsibility for accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple European entities.
The initial focus will include the Netherlands, UK and Italy, with the Netherlands forming a key part of the remit. You’ll be joining at an exciting stage of growth, with the opportunity to help shape processes and build a scalable payroll operation as the European business develops.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Amsterdam, working four days per week onsite.
