About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Pastry Chef to join a well-established restaurant group in Doha.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate pastry professional with experience in high-end restaurants, fine dining, luxury hotels or premium hospitality brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional pastry and dessert standards while contributing creativity, consistency and strong technical expertise to the operation.
Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day pastry operation and ensure consistently high standards. * Develop and produce a range of high-quality desserts, plated desserts, pastries and bakery products*. * Create innovative and visually impressive pastry concepts in line with the restaurant's identity. * Maintain excellent standards of taste, presentation, texture and consistency. * Manage pastry preparation, production and service efficiently. * Train, supervise and develop junior pastry team members. * Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards. * Monitor stock, portion control, wastage and food costs. * Work closely with the Executive Chef and wider kitchen team on menus and new product development. * Maintain a clean, organised and professional pastry section.
