Role Description The Senior Legal Counsel will provide expert legal support for RINO Properties’ real estate transactions and investment activities in Dubai and relevant international markets. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal documents related to property acquisition, sales, leasing, and management. The Senior Legal Counsel will advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes affecting real estate and investment operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing legal issues, coordinating with external counsel when needed, ensuring that all documentation meets applicable laws and company standards, and supporting strategic decision-making with clear, practical legal guidance.
