Responsibilities
Advise clients on corporate structuring, governance and regulatory compliance.
Provide high-quality legal opinions on corporate and regulatory matters.
Handle incorporations, restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and dissolutions.
Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements and commercial contracts.
Lead M&A transactions from due diligence through closing.
Conduct and supervise legal due diligence.
Draft and negotiate SPAs, SHAs, asset purchase agreements and transaction documentation.
Coordinate with financial advisors, auditors and external counsel.
Liaise with governmental and regulatory authorities and oversee corporate filings and licensing requirements.
Manage client relationships and provide commercially focused legal advice
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB); master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in corporate law.
Strong experience in M&A, corporate structuring, and commercial contracts.
Admission to the Bar Association.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and client management abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
