Role Description The Senior Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for overseeing leasing activities and maintaining high occupancy levels across assigned properties. Day-to-day tasks include managing lease negotiations, preparing and reviewing lease documents, and ensuring accurate lease administration in line with company policies. The role involves engaging prospective tenants through property tours, responding to inquiries, and providing clear information on pricing, terms, and community features. This position also requires maintaining detailed records, tracking leasing metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to support overall property performance.
