Job Summary:
To monitor, maintain, and enhance the organization's cybersecurity environment by identifying, analyzing, and responding to security threats and incidents. Support security operations, implement security solutions, and protect systems, infrastructure, applications, and data.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead security incident investigation and response activities.
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM and security tools.
- Conduct security assessments and provide security recommendations.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain security solutions.
- Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
- Develop and support security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to mitigate security risks.
- Maintain security monitoring and protection platforms.
- Mentor junior security analysts.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and architecture principles.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Master's degree and/or cybersecurity certifications preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
- Experience in security operations, threat monitoring, and incident response.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience with SIEM, security monitoring, and incident response tools.
- Knowledge of network, application, cloud, and infrastructure security.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and drive continuous security improvement
