ELVN Interiors is looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in luxury interiors for modern European-style residential and real estate projects. About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dubai. You'll work across the full design lifecycle — from initial site measurements through to final styling and visualization — collaborating closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver show-stopping luxury interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate site measurements and surveys
- Develop mood boards that capture and communicate design direction
- Source and select premium materials, finishes, and furnishings
- Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for client presentations
- Lead spatial planning to optimize flow and function within luxury layouts
- Develop comprehensive design plans and concept-to-completion documentation
- Curate soft furnishing and FF&E selections aligned with modern European aesthetics
- Present design concepts and visualizations confidently to clients and stakeholders
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury interior design within the Dubai real estate market
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury residential projects, ideally in a modern European style
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and/or Photoshop; V-Ray or Corona rendering experience a strong plus)
- Excellent understanding of high-end materials, finishes, and European design trends
- Strong spatial planning and space-optimization skills
- Established relationships with Dubai-based suppliers, vendors, and fabricators (a plus)
- Confident client-facing and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and/or Russian a plus given our client base
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid UAE driving license preferred, for site visits
- Existing UAE work eligibility or transferable visa status preferred
