SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER – FIT-OUT
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our team for projects in Studio Vee
Duties and responsibilities:
· Develop interior design concepts, layouts, material selections, and detailed design packages.
· Prepare and review design drawings, shop drawings, material boards, and technical submissions.
· Coordinate with project management, MEP, estimation, procurement, joinery teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
· Attend client meetings, present design proposals, manage approvals, and incorporate feedback.
· Conduct site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and ensure design quality.
· Guide junior designers and draftsmen while ensuring timely delivery of design packages.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
· 5–8 years of experience in interior design, preferably in fit-out or contracting companies.
· Strong knowledge of technical drawings, detailing, material specifications, and site execution.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
· Experience in client coordination, project coordination, and design approvals.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· UAE interior fit-out experience is preferred.
