Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and IT systems.
• Monitor and ensure the availability, stability, and performance of servers and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Firewall and network security solutions
.• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, connectivity, and security issues.
• Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure-related issues
.• Manage backups, system recovery, and data protection procedures.
• Ensure IT infrastructure security and compliance with company policies.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and server issues.
• Coordinate with branches and other departments to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and technical procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Servers and Infrastructure.
• Solid experience in Firewall configuration and management.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs.
• Experience in troubleshooting server, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical technical issues.
